A therapist would not evaluate academic skills such as math, reading, science, etc. A teacher or a special education faculty member would be better qualified for evaluation of academic proficiency. Even though this website is developed from a therapeutic outlook, it is important that our children learn developmental skills as well as academic skills. Therefore, this portion of the website will be devoted to toys that address academic skills. There are many great toys that teach school related skills and it would be remiss to not include them in this website.
